Lost & Stolen Card
In the event that you lose your Visa Platinum Card, help is just a phone call away. Simply call the Visa Platinum Customer Centre (VPCC) and our Customer Service Executives will take care of the rest.
Emergency Card Replacement
Visa Platinum cardholders whose cards are lost or stolen while travelling may request a replacement card by simply calling the VPCC. We will have a replacement card delivered promptly to you to minimise any inconvenience.
Emergency Cash Disbursement
If you are overseas and require emergency cash, VPCC will help arrange for it to be delivered to you through our worldwide network of cash disbursement agencies.
