| • | Cardholders are required to present and make payment with their Visa Platinum card to enjoy Visa Premium Privileges.

| • | Visa Premium Privileges 20% Early Bird Rebate on normal ticket price:
| - | Valid for first 50 tickets per show. For validity list, please visit http://axcess.com.my/visa.asp | | - | Maximum purchase of 4 tickets per cardholder. | | - | Not applicable with other discounts or promotions. | | - | Exclude principal controlled shows. |

| • | Dedicated Hotline:
| - | Open on Mondays to Fridays : 9am till 6pm and Saturdays : 9am till 1pm. Sundays and Public Holidays closed. | | - | Cardholders must present their Visa Platinum cards when collecting tickets for Hotline purchase. | | - | Purchases through Hotline can only be collected at the venue 2 hours before show time on the day of event. | | - | Tickets will not be released if the appropriate card is not presented. | | - | No third party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter is issued by the Purchaser (credit card holder) and presented upon ticket collection. |

| • | Priority Ticket Collection Lane:
| - | Open at show venue on show day only, 2 hours before show time. | | - | Only for shows where Axcess is the exclusive ticketing provider. |

| • | Complimentary Ticket Delivery:
| - | Applicable for Visa Platinum cardholders purchase made through Visa Hotline only. | | - | Cardholders must request for delivery service while making purchase through Visa Hotline. | | - | Applicable for delivery within Klang Valley only. | | - | Not applicable if purchase is made less than 10 days from show date. | | - | Tickets can only be delivered to and received by the Visa Platinum cardholder. | | - | Cardholder will be presented and must sign the credit card merchant slip for ticket purchase made via Hotline. | | - | Cardholders are responsible for the accuracy of information provided for delivery purposes. | | - | Axcess is not responsible for any delay in delivery if address is incorrect or insufficient or if the cardholder is not present to receive at the time of delivery. |
